A step-by-step assembly guide is included, and setup typically takes approximately 10–15 minutes.

For everyday care, vacuum or gently wipe the plush surfaces to remove fur and debris. Removable washable components can be cleaned separately as needed.

The included anti-tip strap can be secured to a wall for additional stability, especially in active or multi-cat homes.

Check screws, posts and the wall attachment periodically to ensure everything remains secure.
